Buying such a high-ticket item without viewing it can be daunting… But Pleasure-Way have put their customers at ease by showing them all their options and answering any questions they might have, before directing them to their nearest dealership!

The partnership started in the depths of lockdown, in January 2021. Pleasure-Way saw live video as the perfect way to connect to their customers during a time they weren’t able to visit the showroom. But as lockdown eased, Go Instore allowed Pleasure-Way customers all over the world to receive personal, expert advice from the Rumpel family themselves! Despite being a non-transactional site, customers were keen to see and hear about the different models, before finding a dealer near them.

Pleasure-Way’s incredible marketing of their video service, from social posts, emails and their own promotional video has led to an influx of calls and a relationship with customers that Pleasure-Way could never have imagined!
