There has been a shift in consumer behaviour with almost half of all shoppers now choosing to shop online. Retailers have reacted to this change in shopping habits by using video powered retail for their customers.

To expand their digital offering, ScS have launched myScSLive powered by Go Instore! Their live 1:1 video service offers free consultations for customers from the comfort of their own homes! They can receive personalised advice from in-store experts on demand, or pre-book a two-way call via the Appointedd appointment booking system.
